Following a Vote by the Membership the Owners have cut the cost of a spot in half from $25 to $12.50
Members who have ALREADY purchased Main CAP packages at $84.95 will now have DOUBLE their number of spots.
If you had purchased One $84.95 Package of 3 x $25 spots - you will now have 6 x $12.50 Main CAP spots

How Main CAP Works
Spots are valued at $12.50 each
- they are purchased in Packages of 3 ($37.50) + Fees = $42.50
When the Package of 3 spots is purchased >
One spot from each Package is placed in the Study Hall.
The other Two spots are placed in the Library (2 perpetual incentive positions)
During Main CAP Pre-Launch the spots are Stored and Recorded in “Your Purchases”
At Main CAP Launch
– if 5000 Packages have been Purchased
Then 5000 spots will be placed in the Study Hall
And 10,000 perpetual incentive spots in the Library.
At Launch the 5000 spots in the Study Hall are drawn RANDOMLY
(using a randomizer Program) and Fed into the Freshman Matrix
- filling it from left to right – no blank spaces.
When each spot has 6 (in a 2x2 Matrix) beneath it
the spot proceeds to the next Matrix Level.
There are 5 Main CAP Matrix Levels
EVERY SPOT EARNS PACKAGES IN MINI CAP and RE-ENTRIES IN MAIN CAP AS FOLLOWS
Upon Completion of Main Cap Matrix Levels 2 to 5 - at each Level
the Spot Owner is Given FIVE (5) Free mini CAP Packages in the mini CAP Program
That is a Total of 20 mini CAP Packages for all 5 levels = 60 mini CAP Spots

Upon completion of Main CAP Matrix Levels 1 to 4 each spot earns for its owner
one Free Main CAP Re-Entry into the Freshman Level
and in Matrix Level 5 each spot earns for its owner
TWO Free Main CAP Re-Entries into the Freshman Level
RE-ENTRIES ARE SINGLE SPOTS (NOT PACKAGES)
However - Reentries are not entered into the Matrix immediately.
Re-Entry spots are held in the Gym until
all 5000 spots from the Study Hall have entered the Freshman Matrix.
[this prevents those spots that enter the Freshman Matrix first from the Study Hall
(and then Library) from having an unfair advantage of having their free re-entries
enter before all the 5000 spots in the Study Hall have entered the Freshman Matrix.]
When all 5000 spots from the Study Hall have entered the Freshman Matrix,
Then > 10,000 perpetual incentive spots in the Library
and the reentries in the Gym, will be waiting to be placed in the Freshman Matrix.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Every time one of your spots Completes Main CAP Matrix Levels 4 and 5
you will be required to set up a new Alert Pay Monthly Subscription
for a NEW $42.50 Package of 3 spots --- WITHIN 7 DAYS
Your spots are the Three that you purchase in each Package AND EVERY reentry.
This will create massive cycling.
Upon completing Matrix Level 4 – Senior Level
– Members will be required to purchase
a new AP Monthly Subscription from the $85 they have earned from levels 1 to 3
- BEFORE they are Paid the Senior Level income of $150.
Upon completing Matrix Level 5 – Associate Level
– Members will be required to purchase
a 2nd new AP Monthly Subscription from the $235 they have earned from levels 1 to 4
- BEFORE they are Paid the Associate Level income of $715.

DYNAMICS
After the first 5000 spots have entered The Matrix
The dynamics of this program has THREE sources of spots that create sustainability >
A. Perpetual incentive positions (in the Library) +
B. Re-entries (in the Gym)+
C. Monthly Subscriptions (one spot from each in Study Hall + two spots in Library).
All 3 categories themselves Create a Total of 6 re-entries throughout the 5 Matrix Levels
Every re-entry creates 2 monthly Subscriptions
And the Monthly Subscriptions provide 3 NEW spots each.

*the reentry positions earned will be stored in the Gym and will be Released in a controlled cycling manner to keep cycling steady and stable.
While the 5000 advertising Packages are being sold the Pay It Forward fund is growing (scholarship fund) this is NOT (lunch money) this must be paid back as the scholarship earners earn through the levels in order to provide more scholarships.
Example: Scholarship fund pays part of someones Package - then that amount must be paid back to the fund first from the income earned.
When setting up your subscriptions on Senior and Associate levels - funds will not be released until the subscription set up is completed. If not set up you will go into school detention for 7 days. If still not set up within 7 days you will be sent to suspension position (we will not chase you around while you are out playing at the school park or recess). Your earnings will be forfeited and you will be expelled.
Your Spots will be Auctioned and the Money used for the Benefit of the whole Membership
- in Funding PTC on Grid and Slider Adverts and Contests and Advertising.
If you set up a subscription and then immediately cancel your subscription all future positions will also be expelled (forfeited).
